While the country will be celebrating the 114th birth anniversary of the leader on Sunday, the unpublished book commissioned by government six decades ago to chronicle the history of Azad Hind Fauj or Indian National Army (INA) will remain under wraps till the matter is finally decided. Jan 19, 2012, 02.31AM IST   TNN CUTTACK: With only a few days to go, the Netaji museum here is yet to come up with any concrete plan for celebrating the 115th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on January 23 next. "Every year we add something new to the museum on the occasion of Netaji Jayanti, but unfortunately, this year there is no such programme. We had thought about setting up a gallery dedicated to the spiritual life of Netaji, but the project has not been completed due to delay in construction work," said J P Das, the curator of Netaji museum. Similarly, with the model code of conduct for the panchayat poll in force, neither the chief minister nor any other minister will visit the museum on that day. The All Assam Prize Money Half Marathon will be held on January 22. The marathon will start at Machkhowa in Guwahati to Fatasil Ambari. The marathon will be flagged off by athelete Zarine Barua. Sports organizer Pulin Das will also take part in the marathon. The winner will walk away with Rs 10,000. The second prize carries Rs 7,000 cash while the third prize carries Rs 5,000.
